Your own assistant, only if you want one

If you already use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you can connect it to Kept. With your permission, it can read your medication list and records and answer from them. Nothing connects unless you set it up.

Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others

Before you connect

Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, not Triangle’s, and Triangle keeps no log of what it does with the information afterward. A medication history is personal, so connect only an assistant you trust.

You choose what it can see and which profile. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. It works only with what’s in Kept and can’t change anything at your pharmacy or clinic.

The connector address

https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp

It’s also in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections → Connect.

  1. Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors, or Plugins in ChatGPT.

  2. Add a new connector and paste the address.

  3. Sign in to Triangle when it asks.

  4. Choose what it may read or change, and which profile, then Accept.

Claude

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector

Paste the address. Triangle’s sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, Edu or Pro

Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server

Enter a name and the address, set Authentication to OAuth, tick “I understand and want to continue”, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin adds it, with full access; Pro connects read-only. Other plans can’t add custom connectors.

Grok Paid plan

Skills and Connectors → New Connector → Custom

Enter a name and the address, then sign in to Triangle and accept. Other assistants that support MCP work the same way.

Questions you might ask it

  • “List the medicines in my records for anxiety or depression, with doses and dates.”
  • “When was my bupropion last filled?”
  • “Help me write down what I want to ask my prescriber.”

A connected assistant isn’t a crisis service either. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
