What Kept does
One list of what you've taken
Kept assembles your medication list from your records, and from pharmacy fill data whenever those records hold it. When a new prescriber asks what you've tried, you can answer from the list instead of from memory.
Your records, read plainly
You get a plain-language reading of your records and a summary of your history. Where something seems to be missing, Kept says so and helps you ask for it.
Questions answered from your history
Ask something like “when did my dose last change?” and the chat answers from your records. Every reply gets looked over a second time against the evidence in your records.
Reminders in your own words
Set a reminder the way you'd say it, such as “remind me every night at 9 to take my evening dose.” Kept delivers it in the app, and a notification follows.
What makes Kept different
Beyond one health system's list
MyChart and other patient portals list the medicines their own health system has on record. If you've seen prescribers in different places, Kept brings what your records show into one list.
An assistant only if you want one
On its own, an assistant like ChatGPT, Claude or Grok works from whatever you choose to type. Should you link one to Kept, it sees your medication list only as far as you allow, and unlinking it is always open to you.
Private unless you decide otherwise
Sharing your profile is your decision. Nothing in Kept is sold or passed to advertisers, and drug makers pay Triangle nothing.
Records and reminders, nothing more
Kept isn't therapy, counseling or a crisis service, and no one is watching it in real time. It holds your history so the appointment can be about what comes next.

The team behind Kept
The company that makes Kept is Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), based in Pasadena, California. Arun Verma, its CEO, began Triangle with fellow co-founders Justin Balthrop and Jonathan Grubb after a brain tumor, diagnosed in 2023, had him assembling and researching his own records by hand. Kept brings that patient, careful work to a history of medicines for anxiety or depression.

How Kept works
Begin at your own pace
Start Kept's 7-day free trial and make a profile for yourself.
A quiet check that it's you
Then confirm your identity and address, sign Triangle's consent forms, and meet a clinician for intake, who co-signs your records request.
Your medicines, gathered
Triangle sends your records request out through the national networks, and you can photograph pharmacy labels or upload paper records it misses. When they're in, review your medication list and health topics, ask your questions, and share with someone you trust only if you want to.
Connect an assistant, or don't
Linking Claude, ChatGPT or Grok is entirely up to you. If a question comes up at any point, Triangle is at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
Where does Kept come from, and what does it do?
Kept is a private place for your medication history, built from your own records. Triangle is the company behind it, and your account is held with Triangle.
Is there a charge for Kept?
Once the 7-day free trial is over, Kept is $9 a month. You'll add a card when you begin; cancel before day 7 and you aren't charged, or cancel any time after that.
Is Kept a doctor or a prescriber?
No. Your prescriber stays your prescriber: Kept offers research and educational support from Triangle and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Choices about your medicines stay between you and your prescriber.
Could ChatGPT, Claude or Grok see my medication list?
Only if you connect one. It takes a new MCP connector in the assistant, using https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, and a careful pass through Triangle's consent screen to decide what it may see. trianglehealth.com/agents walks through each assistant one at a time.
Is my medication history safe with Kept?
Triangle, a HIPAA-compliant company, encrypts your medication history at rest and in transit. Your history is never sold or passed along for advertising, and only you decide who sees your profile.
Is Kept therapy, or a crisis line?
No. Kept holds your records and reminders; it doesn't offer therapy or counseling, and no one monitors it. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
Who can see my medications?
The people you choose to share your profile with can see them, along with the clinicians who handle your intake visit, your records request and the review of your history. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
What if some of my records can't be reached?
Not every clinic or pharmacy is reachable through the national networks. Kept points out records that seem to be missing and helps you ask for them, and pharmacy labels or paper records can be photographed or uploaded as PDFs.
